Before and After Asian Rhinoplasty Surgery with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Our patient is a 46 year old female who underwent a combined surgery consisting of an open rhinoplasty, deep plane facelift and endoscopic brow lift. In utilizing the open rhinoplasty technique, this allowed for greater access to the nasal tip to provide more significant refinement which was the goal of our patient. We also created a subtle slope to the nasal bridge and narrowed the bridge for improved balance to the overall facial structure.
